LED Colour Consistency and Batch Variation

The Buyer acknowledges that LED products are manufactured within recognised industry tolerances and that slight variations in colour temperature, lumen output, beam characteristics, finish and appearance may occur between production batches.

Whilst the Seller takes reasonable steps to maintain consistency across product ranges, Goods supplied from different manufacturing batches may exhibit minor differences which shall not be regarded as defects or non-conformities.

Where colour consistency is critical to a project, the Buyer is responsible for ordering all required quantities at the same time to maximise the likelihood of supply from a single production batch. The Seller cannot guarantee that future orders will be supplied from the same manufacturing batch as previous orders.

The Seller shall not be liable for costs associated with replacing, removing, reinstalling or reconfiguring products due solely to acceptable batch-to-batch variations that fall within normal industry tolerances.

For projects requiring enhanced colour consistency, the Buyer should notify the Seller prior to placing an order so that appropriate recommendations can be made regarding product selection and batch allocation.
