At tradelighting.co.uk we try to make returns as simple as possible.
We are pleased to offer our customers a 30 day return policy. Consumer law states that we only need to allow customers 7 days to return products for refunds so try to go that little further.
Exclusions to our return policy
1) LED Tape - these are custom cut therefore excluded from returns.
2) All items when returned must come back to us in "New and Resalable condition". We must be able to resell the product for full retail value. Therefore all products must be returned complete in there original "Unmarked" packaging.
3) Business to Business sales. These are excluded from our return policy and not covered under the OFT Distance selling regulations.
How do you return a product?
We prefer to have this in writing by email. So please email [email protected]
We will email you a returns number and provide instructions of how to return and what is expected of you.
There will be 4 reasons why you wish to return your purchase.
1) You do not like the product.
2) The product is not suitable for your requirements.
3) The product is faulty (This is unlikely, but will happen from time to time).
4) You have been sent the wrong product (Again unlikely, but we are human and may make a mistake from time to time).
Faulty or Sent wrong product
This is our mistake, not yours. So we will either collect the item from an address of your choice or we will provide to you a free post address to send them back to. The company will decide the solution it feels is relevant on a case to case basis.
You do not like the product or it is not suitable for your requirements
These things happen from time to time. We completely understand.
Our job is to make the process as simple and quick as possible. We are afraid you will need to cover the postage back to us. But once its back, give us 7-10 days and we will refund your card minus any postage costs.
